New Era Field will get some significant renovations after the 2017 football season ends, and the Pegulas will privately pay for them.

The Pegulas have hired Arc Building Partners to take the lead on the renovations which will include the first-ever renovations of the stadium's sideline clubs and upgrades to premium areas built in the early 90's.

The renovations will hopefully improve traffic flow and improve the design of the spaces fans can congregate when they're not in their seats. For example, the bar inside the sideline clubs will be moved out of the center and replaced with two service-area bars at each end of the clubs. This is meant to enhance the functionality of the space and limit congestion for ticket holders.

Arc's team will also complete upgrades to the M&T Club and Goal Line Club at the end zones of New Era Field.

The project will kick-off immediately following the conclusion of the Bills' 2017 season, and it will be completed by the start of the 2018 season.
