Federal prosecutors unveiled new charges against Dr. Eugene Gosy alleging the Clarence doctor unlawfully conspired to dispense controlled pain killers that resulted in the death of six patients.
In spite of the 166-count superseding indictment, many of Dr. Gosy's patients remain very loyal to the physician saying he was the only one who was willing to help them chronic pain.
