Paladino hearing resumes in Albany

Carl Paladino's hearing has resumed in Albany.

The hearing is in regards to a petition filed by the Buffalo School Board's majority that argues Paladino improperly shared information discussed during executive sessions, which violates his oath of office as a Board member.  The Board wants him removed from his seat.

Buffalo Schools Superintendent Dr. Kriner Cash is currently testifying  He is not part of the petition looking to remove Paladino. After being questioned by board majority attorney Frank Miller, Dr. Cash is now bwing cross-examined by Paladino's attorney, Dennis Vacco.

Many people are waiting anxiously for Carl Paladino himself to take the stand.
