Four people were arrested Wednesday after 244 bags of heroin were discovered in their car.
Jamestown Police conducted a traffic stop and a following investigation found the narcotics hidden in the car and a scale. Police were assisted by the New York State Police K-9 unit.
Jose Rodriguez-Robles, 21, Valerie Davila-Torres, 22, Jamie Roaln-Robles, 28, and Fermin Rodriguez-Robles, 22, have all been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal usage of drug paraphernalia.
