Holly Colino, the woman accused of shooting and killing an Orleans County mother, now admits to all charges in the 2017 killing but, Colino says she is not responsible due to her mental health.
According to WHAM, Colino has pleaded "not responsible by reason of mental defect " - citing her mental health at the time of the shooting.
At the time of the shooting, Colino told police people were copying her hair (style ) and trying to steal her identity. She admitted to police she shot Megan Dix in the head as she sat in a parked car on her lunch break.
Colino was apprehended three days later, but briefly escaped police custody for two hours before being recaptured.
