There are new details on a high profile homeschooling court case in Buffalo.
7 Eyewitness News has learned the original obstruction charges against Kiarre Harris have been dropped.
Harris claims her kids were taken by Child Protective Services over her decision to homeschool them.
She was arrested for obstruction in February when CPS workers came to remove the children.
Harris has since regained full custody of her kids.
