The Wyoming County Sheriff's Office says the woman arrested for arson last year in the Village of Arcade has appeared in court.
The sheriff's office says Jody Nelligan of Orchard Park was in court July 1 and bail was set $25,000 cash/$50,000 bond. Her next court date is in September.
According to a press release from the sheriff's office, Nelligan is accused of setting a fire in the basement of her father's house. She is also accused of setting a fire in the same house in a second floor bedroom closet.
Family members were inside the house when the fires happened.
Both incidents happened last year.
