On Saturday just before 11:30 p.m. Orchard Park Police responded to a report that a vehicle had flipped over multiple times while driving down California Road near Milestrip Road.
Investigators say 24-year-old Stephen Wojciechowski of Hillside Avenue in OP lost control of his vehicle, struck a sign and flipped multiple times before coming to rest on the driver side.
Wojciechowski was uninjured from the accident. He was cited for two counts of DWI, speeding, moving from a lane unsafely and refusing a roadside breath screening device.
He did submit to a Datamaster test which produced a .22% BAC. Wojciechowski was released to a relative on traffic tickets and is due back in court on January 9th.
