Orchard Park Emergency Responders were called to a house fire at 6999 Milestrip Road at 5:30 Saturday evening.
Investigators revealed that the fire started in the laundry room at the rear of a four-unit residence. The cause of the fire is still under investigation with a damage estimate placed at $300,000, making the home a total loss.
Residents of the home have relocated to to family members' homes.
