Investigators have identified the man who perished following a fire at his apartment in North Tonawanda.
Crews were called to the scene on Belling Place around 6:30 Wednesday evening.
Upon arrival, firefighters pulled Reid Bracken from the apartment unit. He was rushed to DeGraff Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators believe the fire was accidental and that it may have started on the kitchen stove.
Damage to the home and contents is estimated at $50,000.
