Transit Police are continuing to investigate after a man was shot at the bus terminal in Buffalo.
According to the NFTA spokesperson, the shooting happened around 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Metropolitan Transportation Center at 181 Ellicott Street.
Transit Police Detectives say 21 year-old Trevor Martin has been arrested and charged with first degree assault. Martin is accused of shooting 21 year-old Devan Wright once in the chest.
Police report that two men were arguing near the bathroom and one of the men involved was shot.
Wright is recovering at ECMC in the trauma ICU.
