Buffalo Police are investigating an overnight shooting that they say began inside the Checkmate Bar & Grill on East Lovejoy Street just before 3 a.m.
Detectives say the incident in the bar continued outside, leading to at least one person being shot.
The victim, A 32-year-old Buffalo man, is now listed in critical condition at ECMC.
