More information has come to Eyewitness News regarding a fatal accident that happened Friday night on the I-90 just after 11 p.m.
New York State Police say Debra Henn, 65 of Wheatfield was traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes when she collided with a vehicle head-on.
Jessica O'Connor, 29 of Amherst was driving the other vehicle. She was transported to ECMC where she later died.
Two children in her vehicle, ages 2 and 4, were taken to Women and Children's Hospital with what is believed to be non-life threatening injuries, police say.
Henn was also taken to ECMC for non-life threatening injuries.
The cause of this crash still remains under investigation and charges are pending.
