Chautauqua County Sheriff's report a motorcyclist died after an accident Friday evening in the Town of Hanover.
William Wagner, 61, of Forestville had been struck after two cars collided, sending one into an oncoming lane.
He was taken to ECMC following the incident, where he was later pronounced dead.
Dawn Clayburg, 57, of Tonawanda was at the stop sign on Hanover Road, heading southbound when she did not yield the right of way to Brandon Hilton, 23, of Westfield, who was headed westbound on Route 39, deputies describe.
According to authorities, that caused Hilton to go into the oncoming lane where his vehicle struck Wagner, who was heading eastbound on Route 39 on his motorcycle.
Deputies charged Clayburg with failure to yield the right of way.
The Sheriff's Office is still investigating the fatal accident.
