A Hamlin man is dead after a two-car crash and rollover in the Town of Clarendon. It happened around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday night at the intersection of State Route 31 and Fancher Road.
Police say their investigation shows that 40-year-old Kevin Lupiani didn't stop at a stop sign at that intersection, and crashed into a pickup truck. Both vehicles ended up in a corn field.
The driver of the pickup truck, Matthew Gardner, 25, was killed. Lupiani was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital and is in stable condition.
