An Olean man is back in jail, after escaping last week.
Billy Jack Howard was found in Allegany and was later arrrested.
It appears, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office, Howard escaped after he was picked up on a warrant for not being in court when he was supposed to be there.
Howard is being held on $10,000 and is due in court next month.
