An Olean man is behind bars, accused of raping a 14-year-old girl.
According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office, 26-year-old Andrew Stephan had been having sex with the girl over the course of a year.
Stephan is charged with rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
Authorities say Stephan is being held in the Cattaraugus County Jail on of $20,000 bail. He is set to appear in the Town of Olean Court at a later date.
