An Olean man was arrested for breaking into a SPCA and stealing a dog Friday, according to police.
Police say Stephen Schindlbeck broke into the Olean SPCA after hours, took the dog, leash and dog food. Officers tracked down the 31 year old and took him into custody.
Schindlbeck was arraigned in Town of Allegany. He is charged with burglary in the third degree.
