Olean police have arrested 44 year old Douglas Brooks of Hinsdale for drug charges. Investigators arrested Brooks on Route 16 in Hinsdale for an outstanding warrant for criminal sale of a controlled possession and for selling hydrocodone pills.
Brooks was arrested following an investigation by the Street Crimes Unit.
Brooks was processed at the Olean Police Department and was then transferred to the Cattaraugus County jail for arraignment.
