Olean combat veteran, 93, restoring lost WWII history

An elderly combat veteran from Olean gets special recognition from the U.S. Army for his efforts to help restore lost information about WWII.

Charles "Charlie" Brown, 93, served with the 258th Field Artillery Battalion which saw combat in the Battle of the Bulge and inside Nazi Germany. Brown kept detailed notes and saved important wartime items - which are now being added the NYS Military Museum in Saratoga Springs, NY.
