New York State Troopers will be at Walden Galleria this summer in an effort to increase awareness of the State Trooper entrance exam application.
The application deadline is September 1, 2017. Testing will be held in October of this year.
Troopers will be available at the mall to discuss opportunities with those interested now through August 31st. Application information can be found on the lower level near Macy's, easily located by the NYS Troopers squad car.
And here's something you may not know, in addition to the sworn employment, the NYS Police Department also offers a number of non-sworn opportunities for civilians, too.
