Three Western New Yorkers are now millionaires and will be presented their ceremonial checks on Tuesday.
The NYS Lottery will hand over checks totaling $7,000,000 at the Lottery Center on Genesee Street at 1 p.m. to a Buffalo history buff, a retired teacher from Batavia and a Lima resident.
