The New York State Department of Health has launched an investigation into the Williamsville Suburban nursing home after complaints of insufficient heat at the facility.
A Health Department spokesperson told us: "The New York State Department of Health takes the health and safety of nursing home residents with the utmost seriousness. The Department's investigation into room temperatures at Williamsville Suburban is ongoing."
