A standoff with a SWAT team in north Buffalo is over Tuesday afternoon without incident.
There was a large police presence on Standish Road and Taunton Place. Buffalo Police say the individual surrendered and is now in police custody.
A sign on the front door read, "You had a chance! If you want to get in break the door."
Police say the standoff sparked from a family dispute. Some streets in the area were temporarily shut down.
