BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — International spectators won't be allowed to enter Japan during the summer Olympics due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Officials from the Tokyo games say tickets purchased by overseas residents will be refunded.
Organizers say the decision was made now, in order to give clarity to ticket holders living overseas, and allow them to adjust their travel plans.
