Police from the Town of Westfield say no charges will be filed against the driver involved in a deadly pedestrian accident.
Investigators tell us 65-year old Thomas M. Baideme was struck and killed at the corner of Market and East Main Street just before 10pm on Sunday, April 22nd.
The driver, 80-year old Roger Dibble is not facing any charges.
Both men are from Westfield.
The investigation into the accident continues. The body of the victim is currently at ECMC for an autopsy.
