An accident Sunday sent a young boy to the hospital via Mercy Flight.
Cattaraugus County Sheriff Patrol responded to an accident at 61 North Main Street in the Village of Cattaraugus after a 7-year-old was hit.
Deputies say the Cattaraugus Fire Department also responded and transported the boy to the a landing zone where Mercy Flight took him to Buffalo Women and Children's Hospital.
According to officials, the boy was treated for serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The Sheriff's Office says there will be no charges in this incident.
