A Buffalo man has been arraigned before a State Supreme Court Justice on an indictment charging him with Murder.
Prosecutors allege 19 year-old Russell Adams shot and killed 29 year-old Myron Kemp at the intersection of Grant and Breckenridge near Elmwood Village in Buffalo. The indictment also charges Adams with Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
Adams pleaded not guilty and was deferred to jail without bail. If convicted, he faces 25 years to life in prison.
