At 9:56 Saturday morning, State Police arrested Ruben Flores, 50, of Niagara Falls.
He was charged with aggravated DWI following a traffic stop on Tuscarora Road, in the Town of Niagara.
Troopers say they stopped his vehicle after someone called 911 to report a possible intoxicated driver. Authorities also said a breath test was administered, which revealed his BAC to be .28%.
