Lockport Police have arrested 43-year-old Charles E. Bass, Sr. on two counts of sexual abuse.
Bass is accused of sexually abusing three children under the age of 11 in Niagara Falls and North Tonawanda.
Bass was arraigned in the City of North Tonawanda Court and remanded to Niagara County without bail.
