Niagara Falls issues travel advisory ahead of storm

Niagara Falls Mayor Dyster has issued a travel advisory for the City of Niagara Falls ahead of the storm. 

The advisory will go into effect Thursday, March 1st at 7:00 p.m. until Friday, March 2nd at 7:00 p.m.

Mayor Dyster warns "heavy snow and ice build-up can cause dangerous driving conditions" and asks residents to stay off the roads and avoid unnecessary travel.

People who are traveling should exercise extreme caution.
