A Niagara Falls home improvement contractor has pleaded guilty to criminal charges related to unfulfilled contracts.
Prosecutors say three clients living in Blasdell and Orchard Park entered into contracts with 45-year-old Joseph Lloyd between July 21, 2014 and October 14, 2015 and either paid for his services in full or placed a down payment.
Lloyd is accused of abandoning the projects after taking the money.
The three victims lost a combined $17,900 as a result.
Lloyd is charged with third degree grand larceny and first degree scheme to defraud.
