Niagara County's largest farm, the Coulter Farm in Cambria and Wilson, is now permanently protected as agriculture property thanks to a conservation easement by the Western New York Land Conservancy.

Owned and farmed by four generations of Coulters since the 1880s, the protected land includes over 40 acres of cropland and orchards, 50 acres of forest, and nearly half a mile of Twelve-Mile Creek. Its farm market and 'u-pick' berries gives families a place to experience a farm, learn about where their food comes from, and enjoy being outside.

The Western New York Land Conservancy has protected 40 million acres over the last 20 years.
