The Niagara County SPCA is now caring for to, extremely emaciated dogs.

According to officials, both came to the shelter within the last 24 hours, both nearly starved to death.  We're told they were also covered in fleas and parasites.

Both are female dogs.  Precious, the dog in the first three photos, has since been renamed Bedilia by SPCA workers. 31-year-old Timothy Neff is now facing animal cruelty charges.

The second dog, named Jude Melisandre Raine, was found on Green Street on the Reservation. SPCA employees aren't sure if she was dumped there in her current condition or if she was dumped and couldn't fend for herself.

Anyone with information is asked to call the shelter at 716-731-4368 ext. 302.
