A Niagara County man has died following an ATV crash Friday night, according to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office.
Eric Olds, 37, of the Town of Porter, was traveling eastbound on the 1500 block of Youngstown Wilson Road in the Town of Porter around 9 p.m. when he veered off the road and struck a mailbox.
According to the sheriff's office, Olds was ejected from the ATV after striking the mailbox.
He was taken to ECMC via Mercy Flight with serious injuries where police say he succumbed to his injuries.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing, no further information is available at this time.
