NFTA's phone system is now up and running after experiencing an outage.
Officials say it caused difficulty within the communication system periodically for approximately 24 hours.
In a statement, the NFTA said:
"First and foremost, we apologize to our customers who were unable to reach us via our phone system."
"We deeply value our paratransit customers and offer our sincere apologies for the issue with our communication system."
