NFTA Metro Rail fills with smoke

Passengers who were riding on an  NFTA Metro Rail train out of Downtown Buffalo Sunday night had to be evacuated due to a problem with the train.

An NFTA spokesperson tells 7 Eyewitness News there was an air leak in the breaklines that caused the train to fill with smoke.

The train got to Amherst Street, when passengers were evacuated and put on a different train.
