Former Miami Dolphins offensive lineman Jonathan Martin has been taken into custody following a threatening Instagram post on Thursday, according to ABC News. That post, which including the image of the gun and the name of a Florida-area school, also specifically mentioned current Bills offensive lineman Richie Incognito.

Incognito and Martin played together in Miami during the 2013 season, before Incognito was suspended by the team in November. In February of 2014, a report was released following an NFL investigation that found Martin was subjected to "a pattern of harassment," by Incognito and other players.
Incognito re-joined the Bills in 2015 after missing more than year.
The school mentioned in that story was closed as a result of the image.
