If you want something more than a hotdog or a burger at the Erie Basin Marina in Buffalo, you now have a new restaurant to choose from.
Since the summer, work has been ongoing to expand The Hatch and add a full-service kitchen, a 64-seat dining room, an outdoor patio and a new bar.
The $900,000 project will allow the new restaurant, called William K’s, to be open year-round. William K’s will also be able to host weddings and parties along the waterfront.
It opens on Thursday, December 31.
But don’t worry – you can still get your ice cream from The Hatch in the summertime.
