Chautauqua County will officially get a new millionaire today. The lucky person won $3,000,000 on a $3,000,000 In Benjamins scratch-off ticket.
Yolanda Vega will present the winner with a prize check Wednesday morning in Buffalo. Vega was just in town last month, awarding another Western New Yorker with $1,000,000 he won on a New York Poker scratch-off.
The millionaire has yet to be named.
