New hopes for Central Terminal neighborhoods

After many years of decline, residents who live around Buffalo's Central Terminal are holding out hope that a new idea of developing the historic building into Buffalo's new train station will actually take place.

Governor Cuomo has allocated $1 million to study possible locations.  So far, members of the WNY state and federal delegation are pushing to see the Central Terminal considered because of existing rail infrastructure and its benefit to helping restore a long-failing neighborhood.
