There is new interest in Buffalo's tallest building. 7EWN anchor Jeff Russo is told that a pair of groups are currently negotiating the terms and conditions of a 'potential offer' for One Seneca Tower.
A local real estate broker with knowledge of those discussions says while a deal hasn't been accepted the interested parties are talking back and forth on the potential specifics with the seller. Information on who exactly is involved in each group remains unclear.
The new interest comes after a $27 million deal for the property, offered by businessman Harvey Kaylie, fell apart last week.
7EWN has also learned that a third and separate party is also expected to tour One Seneca Tower in coming days and has shown "significant interest".
