How do you park at a Bills game?

Do you park in the stadiums lot, or do you go off property, like at Yellow Brick Parking on Big Tree Road?

If you park at private lot, don’t expect any new spaces, anytime soon. The town of Orchard Park approved Wednesday, a permanent extension of a moratorium that prevents any new parking spaces being added within one mile of New Era Field.

That’s good news or bad news, depending on who you ask.

It’s a pricey decision for Mark Lester, who recently bought more land around the stadium in hope to expand his parking business.

“All of the land that I own in the vicinity of the stadium that I have never parked, I will never be able to park,” said Lester. “I don't want my next door neighbor or someone across the street to be prohibited from getting the benefits of living next to an NFL stadium.”

The proposal was passed unanimously. Those against it, say if there is more expansion by one particular parking lot, cars would be parking just two feet from their home.
