The Erie County Sheriff's Office says additional charges have been filed against the man arrested in connection to a homicide in Collins.
32-year-old Brandon White is now facing charges of 3rd Degree Assault following the investigation into the July 12 shooting.
Investigators White assaulted a female acquaintance before the shooting. The attack caused severe injuries to her head and face
White is also charged with manslaughter. Deputies say he shot and killed 46-year-old Anthony Chipman at a home on Bagdad Road.
