A mixed-use building is coming to the Buffalo River Landing along the waterfront.
Savarino Companies, along with the Frontier Group, are building 78 new residential units. Commercial space will occupy the ground floor.
It's an $18 million project that is paid for in part from federal money that was invested to get the site ready for private development.
The project should be completed by early 2017.
The Buffalo River Landing is steps away from Conway Park, River Fest Park, and Riverfront Park.
