New Buffalo Fire Commissioner spent 30 years with the Fire Department

Buffalo firefighters have a familiar face as their new leader.

Former Battalion Chief William Renaldo was sworn in Tuesday as the Buffalo Fire Department's new commissioner.

Renaldo is a retired Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve.  He spent 30 years at the Buffalo Fire Department, from 1982-2012, before serving in the Army Reserve until 2014.
