The new Bailey Bridges, crossing Cazenovia Creek and the Buffalo River, will open to traffic this week.
The project cost a whopping $22 million, which included over $15 million in federal funding.
Work on the 88-year-old bridges started back in July 2016. It is largest public works project currently underway in the City of Buffalo.
Today Congressman Brian Higgins will announce the opening at Bailey Avenue.
