The first two residential units at the Gates Circle Redevelopment Project are open and ready for tenants.
TM Montante Development revealed the new luxury apartments Wednesday located at 40 Gates Circle.
One of the apartments is a 2,040 square foot three-bedroom unit and includes a fireplace, in-suite laundry, a den with three walls of window and a view of Gates Circle. The bottom floor apartment is a 780 square foot one bedroom.
Both have nine-foot ceilings, private outdoor patio space, new kitchens with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and built in cabinets.
The units are ready for move-in and frange from $1200 to $2500 per month. Amenities and parking are included.
An open house will be held January 24 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
