New airline fee outrages Senator Schumer

Another major airline is now ready to charge some passengers for using the overhead bins.
American Airlines is following United's lead for charging that fee to passengers who buy the cheapest economy fares.
It's a move that is outraging New York's Senior Senator, Charles Schumer.
He is now outlining a plan to expand the airline passenger bill of rights to include what he calls unfair fees and policies.
