The 10th Labatt Blue Buffalo Pond Hockey Tournament is just around the corner and the beer company is ready to celebrate another year with fierce competition among hockey fans.

The three-day tournament kicks off Friday, February 17 and will host 144 teams with seven player rosters facing off at Buffalo RiverWorks entertainment complex.

Registration begins Wednesday, December 14 at noon and goes through Saturday, December 31. Team captains can sign up the whole team at www.labattbluepondhockey.com/buffalopond. Full team rosters, including proof of age for all players, must be submitted at the time of registration.

Teams will be placed in divisions based on their skill levels and selected randomly by a lottery draw. Teams can find out if they have been selected by checking the tournament website on January 3. If a team is selected, a $250 registration fee is due by January 7.

The tournament schedule will be announced February 3.
